Kathleen Washburn Gillespie
Born and raised in Paducah, I grew up in a real estate family…it just is in my blood! Whether I am helping a tenant look for a place to open a business, or working with an investor to find that next great deal, it is my passion to pair the perfect piece of real estate with my client. With the culture of shopping malls changing and many historic buildings needing to be filled, I have found that some of my favorite projects have involved the reuse of existing infrastructure. There is something incredibly satisfying seeing an older space find a new purpose.
With several years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions (and doing so as a Paducah native!), I offer a unique skill set and understanding of the Paducah real estate market. And I think perhaps the best part about my job is making incredible relationships along the way.
