As a first time homeowner I was very nervous about the buying experience in general. On day one Amanda took those fears away. She was amazing from day one and consistently amazing every single step of the way, all the way up to the day I was handed the key. She was always available when I needed her or had a question or concern no matter how big or small. She made certain I fully understood what was happening through the whole process. She presented our home professionally and her marketing is unmatched. Our house wasn't on the market but for a few days before we were under contract. Just an overall great experience from start to finish.
Abigail treated us like we were her only client during the busiest time of the season. She was honest, polite, and respectful of our needs. As we were moving in from out of the state, we only had one weekend and she made sure we got the attention we needed. She was also very creative in the contract she wrote for us. The house we were under contract on flooded during a major rainstorm. The way she worded the contract we were able to back out without losing a penny! That helped us avoid what would have been years of headaches with significant water issues. While we were so happy to dodge a bullet, we were beyond stressed out, as we now had no house and were moving in a few short months.When we lost the first house it did not even phase her, she went right back to work and was relentless until she found us the perfect home. What impressed me so much was her negotiation skills that landed us a house I thought would be out of our price range. Abigail told us to have faith, we did, and she negotiated the price down to meet our budget. I would recommend Abigail Dority without hesitation. She is intelligent, driven, and has the personality to get things done. If you are looking for results....look no further!!
