Ella grew up in Carlisle County and never thought she would end up back home. She graduated from Murray State University with a bachelors in Marketing and all of her credits to take the Real Estate exam. In 2014, after moving to TN for a year with her husband Josh and dog Lola, they decided that there was no place like home and headed back to Carlisle to plant roots. Fast forward several years and few different jobs, the timing felt right to start a career in Real Estate. For the first year in Real Estate, Ella also worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for her Dad, a job she had enjoyed on and off since she was 15 years old. The common thread between the two is getting to spread love and do life with people all day, every day. Ella has been loving Real Estate and the wonderful people she gets to work alongside for 8 years now. She specializes in Residential Real Estate but also works with investors and commercial buyers and sellers.
Ella and Josh love to travel in their free time, and quickly learned about the Airbnb model and how fun it was to travel and stay at the most unique and charming spaces. Not long into their marriage, they started looking to purchase real estate in Paducah where they could host guests and add to the wonder and excitement of traveling. They now have multiple properties in Paducah and are constantly updating and decorating them to anticipate the needs of the hundreds of guests they have gotten to accommodate. Ella finds a really unique niche and connection between owning short term rental properties and advising investors on how to navigate these types endeavors.
Ella says: “Hosting people at our Airbnb’s is one of my absolute favorite things. Talking to people about how to do it successfully is another favorite thing. It makes my heart so happy to connect with all sorts of different people as they get a taste of how special our city is and find rest and comfort in the space we have designed for them. It’s a joy to give fun recommendations. When done properly, and with many systems in place it’s also a very rewarding and stress free way to own investment property.”
