Since joining the brokerage in its early stages, Emily has been a part of transforming the company into one of Western Kentucky’s most recognized real estate firms.
Beginning her career as Executive Assistant and Marketing Director, Emily gained a unique understanding of every aspect of the real estate business before obtaining her real estate license in 2020. Today, she serves as the office manager of Arnold Realty Group while representing clients in residential, commercial, investment, and development as a Realtor® throughout the region.
With a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and direct approach, Emily works with everyone from first-time homebuyers and growing families to investors, developers, and business owners. Her experience in business and brokerage leadership allows her to provide clients with expert guidance, innovative marketing, and results-driven representation at every stage of a transaction.
Emily has played a key role in the growth of Arnold Realty Group, which was recognized as the 2022 Best Small Business by the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce; was voted Best Women-Owned Business in 2023, 2025, and 2026 through The Paducah Sun Readers’ Choice Awards; and 2026 Best Real Estate Brokerage in Kentucky by Guide to Kentucky.
