Born and raised in Paducah, Erika Calhoun’s journey in real estate began early, shaped by a family deeply rooted in entrepreneurship. She graduated with her Bachelors in Arts in Business from Murray State University and from there, facilitated the startup of her family’s event venue, The Commonwealth Event Center, where she still assists with events and weddings.
Specializing in commercial real estate and investments, Erika is committed to empowering her clients with knowledge and opportunities tailored to their goals. Drawing inspiration from her late grandmother, Realtor Mary Sue Brooks, Erika is driven by a desire to uphold the highest standards of service and genuine care for her community.
