Born and raised in Paducah, Erika Calhoun’s journey in real estate began early, shaped by a family deeply rooted in entrepreneurship and real estate development. She graduated with her Bachelors in Arts in Business from Murray State University and from there, facilitated the startup of her family’s event venue & began building her own real estate portfolio.
Her education and business knowledge directly translate as an asset to her real estate clients now. Specializing rental investments, and multifamily-investments, Erika is committed to empowering her clients with knowledge and opportunities tailored to their goals. Drawing inspiration from her late grandmother, Realtor Mary Sue Brooks, Erika is driven by a desire to uphold the highest standards of service and engagement with business happenings in the community.
